By becoming a member of GratisServer.nu, you agree to this agreement.

We ask that you check it every now and then because it can be updated and as long as you are a member of GratisServer.nu it is your duty to stay up to date. The terms and conditions take effect immediately the day you register.

Membership in GratisServer.nu is absolutely free.

We take no responsibility for what you do with your game server as long as it does not affect our systems or violate the Swedish law.

You must fill out accurate information when registering.

It is not allowed to create multiple user accounts. We will ban the users and their IP-address if we see anything suspicious and you will never be able to book server again.

It is your obligation to report bugs you find on the page, any user who takes advantage of bugs in the system or errors are deleted and banned immediately

Your password is encrypted so that not even the admins can see your password.

We may send out promotions. advertisement and newsletters through e-mail to you.

Administrators has the right to suspend members and/or game servers without notice.

You may NOT resell your game server rented from us unless you have been given a special permission to do so. If we notice this, we may shut down your account and server.

We can NOT guarantee that the servers are always working and we have no obligations for this either, yet we always do our best to keep them running.

GratisServer.nu can not guarantee that the website or service is always online (force majeure), or that all credits will be possible to utilize for all time.

To test the system's vulnerability is strictly forbidden.
