you could use : LWC. Big broter . logblock . nocheat. mobileadmin. jobs . towny . money . balance . Essentials . factions . ranks . nolag . home teleport . private warp teleport . spawn teleport .

I will buy a modded server. Be sure to have an 16 slots as minium because i will not buy a 12 slots minecraft server. Because i can make an server by my self. (no hamachi!) But i have only 4 gig ram. I can only make max 10 slots. And that sucks.

I will recommend it.
If it is an smp i will not buy the server. Just have it for free. But i reommend the most mods, Essentials, LWC, xAuth(you most us offline mod),
World edit, Persmissions, Anti-tnt. I use them on my server. (it will make that all ppl can join safe (cracked), Anti-grief, no creepers safe the chests and door, And the mods can open a port if you make one. And you can make one house on 3 sekonds with World edit. And a compass. And money. And every time you write /help many things comes. And you can buy and sell stuffs.

Ni på gratisserver är ju "snåla" med plugins ni vet väll att en minecraft server med 10 Slots behövs 512 RAM utav datan.
